They’re beautiful and amazing to cook with. I’ve replaced my Calphalon collection with this set. I did have to adjust my warm up time on the pans to slower and I make sure to use a good quality oil and have water/broth available for longer sautés.

I was looking to replace all my worn and scratched non-stick pots and pans and did a ton of research on non-stick, stainless, and ceramic options. Every non-stick pan (no matter the cost) had reviews saying they needed replacing at least every couple years which, in my experience, is true. I was concerned with staining and heating with the ceramic options as well.

Throughout my research, Legend Cookware kept popping up as a top rated option at a fraction of the cost of some of its competitors. I spent days reading reviews on numerous brands and watching videos on properly cooking with stainless cookware as I had very little experience with it.

I finally pulled the trigger on the Legend 5-ply cookware set and was immediately impressed when it came. At first sight, the cookware was gorgeous, high quality, and heavy. Then I cooked with it for the first time (following everything I learned in my how to videos) and was immediately blown away by its ability to maintain temps and evenly heat everything. I’ve been so frustrated in the past with cookware unevenly cooking our food, but no matter where the food is in these pans, it’s getting evenly heated. I’ve been using these pans for several weeks now and continue to be blown away by the sear on meats, the even simmering of sauces, the quick boiling of water, the rapid response to temperature adjustments, etc. I am fully converted to (high quality) stainless steel cookware and will never go back (with the exception of keeping a cast iron and non-stick skillet for certain things).

The picture is of the 4 pans that I use continuously and they look brand new. The best part of these is that no matter what you do with them, they’re easy to clean. Bar keepers friend and a steel wool sponge for tough stuck on messes and they’re good as new!

Get this cookware! You won’t be disappointed.

After a few shipping delays I can honestly say it was worth the wait! This pot set is incredibly high quality, durable, finished well and looks stunning in person. There is weight to this set and should last an incredibly long time if not forever. My only problem now is their so pretty I don’t want to put food in them lol 😂 However I can say if your looking for a light weight set that you can toss around this is not it. They are worth every penny and I look forward to becoming more familiar with this brand.

Growing up in with a gas cook top using Revereware copper bottom pans, wanted my own lifetime set.My parents are both gone, but her cookware still in use.After a few years of searching and reading I found my dream set. Extremely satisfied and happy with this copper core set. Yes they are on the heavier side, but that is one of the qualities I like . Even heat to saute onions and butter and more. Clean up was a breeze. I like the look and the number of pieces in this set, which was a selling point for me.

These amazing pots and pans were delivered 4 days ago and I have used each of them at least once already! They cook wonderfully! Nice steady and even heat the entire time. No cold spots even on the huge everyday pan which is my absolute favorite! The everyday pan is big enough to make a sauce from scratch with all your veggies and still have enough space to fit over a pound of cooked pasta in it and still have room to mix it around. Anyone who complains about food sticking to them obviously doesn't know how to cook with stainless steel, i've had zero issues with anything sticking. They clean up just as well as any other stainless cookwear i've used. They are obviously extremely durable, you can tell just by the weight of them. Nice heavy pots and pans, feels like high end quality. The only thing better than how well they cook is how they look! Just stunningly gorgeous cookware, i'll be hanging mine from a wall rack to accent my kitchen with their beauty! Thanks Legend Cookware for an amazing product!
