      After returning my Amazon order of the roborock, which was previously used, I ordered an S7 directly through the roborock website. Customer service was great, and am very pleased with the roborock vacuum/mop. Do not purchase through Amazon though, purchase directly through their website unless you want a used product

      I received the roborock s7 in a previously opened box, which was clearly opened with force due to the corner rips/dents. Once I opened the box, the mop pad was placed on the Velcro upside down. Once I opened the first cardboard piece, the vacuum was in a torn plastic, visibly being previously opened. Additionally, there is a plastic baggie that I assume should have had something in it, which was empty. After removing the vacuum from the plastic and flipping it upside down, the red roller had black streaks, there was water droplets (indicating the mop feature had been used), there was clear debris on the vacuum itself, and even hairs.

      It is truly disappointing to receive a product that I spent $650 on be presented & received in this condition. I was extremely excited to receive and begin using this product but quickly became disappointed once opening.

      We were happy with our Neato D4, but it died last month, and the current Neatos have been ruined by the new software, so we decided to try a different brand. After watching many hours of YouTube reviews, we decided to try the Roborock S7. Holy smokes, this thing is awesome! It's twice as fast as the Neato, it actually appears to be "smart" (unlike the Neato), and figures out obstacles quickly. It cleans better, almost never gets hung up or stuck, the run time is really impressive, and the mopping feature is actually quite effective. I'd recommend getting extra mop pads, but aside from that, everything you need is right there in the box.

      What a great addition to the family! “Rocky” is fantastic. Deep cleans our carpets better than any vacuum I’ve ever owned. The mopping function is a huge plus. It’s a persistent little bugger and it’ll push around doggie bowls and other light objects, in order to get your place sparkling clean. Our even climbed on top of the base of the barstools 🤣

      This is an improvement over the S6 - I really like the carpet mapping feature and the ability to mop some areas and vacuum others. I was a little surprised it can’t use the maps made previously with my S6 but this is a minor concern, I think the map it made may be a little better.

      Beyond wow product!! It is quieter, can do about 50% more cleaning with the battery and the mop works awesome on dried stains, footprints, etc. In the app, it looks similar to previous gens, but has more options for the mop and vacuum.
